Our professional staff is proactive in identifying client service needs. We assist with the scheduling of contractual and other service needs to ensure that all details are communicated and properly handled to meet our clients’ standards and expectations.
Our Regional Managers and our Customer Care team have more than 20 years of experience in the janitorial services industry. Our goal is to establish long-term partnerships with our clients through a deep knowledge and understanding of every location we serve.
Our professional account managers take tremendous pride and ownership of each of their accounts by being personally involved with every detail and decision. Monthly site visits and inspections are performed.
Customer Care Team
Our specialized team of customer-focused, detail-oriented individuals ensure that each job is clearly defined and communicated to the rest of our staff. They conduct ongoing, regular customer service and follow-up calls with the management team at every location.
We have in-house Project Crews that are highly trained in all aspects of cleaning, including detailed cleaning, floor care services, carpet and upholstery, flood damage and restoration, power washing, construction cleaning and more.

The majority of our employees are hired based on referrals from current staffers. During the hiring process, we check references, perform criminal background checks, verify Social Security Numbers, examine address history and review driving records.

Our automated phone system/program enables us to see and receive alerts when our employees enter and exit designated locations. It also allows us to be proactive in making sure the appropriate coverage is sent to each location so that there are no lapses in service(s).
We offer a state-of-the-art training program that includes mandatory safety training videos, manuals, demonstrations and hands-on training. This ongoing process is conducted as needed, when new service requests are modified or made, when new products are introduced and periodically throughout the year.
