David Feldman
President

Over 30 years ago, David Feldman and Jeffrey Krinick were fresh out of college and made a pledge to start their own business. With the enthusiasm of youth, they decided that a cleaning company was the perfect business to start because there was very little upfront investment. Calling prospects during the day, and doing all the cleaning at night, the business grew 1 customer at a time.

Today, Imperial Cleaning is a flourishing cleaning company with double-digit annual growth and the highest customer retention in our Industry, backed by a strong executive team. Imperial is a dominant commercial cleaning force in the luxury retail segment working with customers in 38 states servicing, retail, commercial real estate, medical facilities, education, government, finance, museums, auto dealerships, and more. Our highly trained and certified Cleaning Technicians provide professional service and take pride in their work every day.

    • RBSM designation ( Registered Building Service Manager) is a (BSCAI Building Service Contractors Association International)
    • GBAC Global Bio-risk Advisory Council is a division of ISSA (International Sanitary Supply Association).
    • OSHA 10 Certification (Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the United States Department of Labor)
    • Certified knowledge of safety requirements, employee rights, employer’s responsibilities, and how to perform a wide range of duties safely.

Kathy Casazza, CPA
Controller

  • Started with Imperial in 2019
  • 10 years of experience working in public accounting and 20+ years of experience working in the private sector for a national janitorial cleaning company
  • BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University / NYS Certified Public Accountant
  • Enjoys Spending time with family and friends

Brenda O'Connor
Human Resources Manager

  • BS in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary College, Newburgh, NY
  • 27+ years of experience in the HR sector.
  • Brenda’s vision for the HR department centers around exceptional customer service. She considers all Imperial employees, Supervisors, and Managers as HR’s customers, underscoring her dedication to serving our team.
  • Brenda aims to create positive experiences throughout an employee’s lifecycle at Imperial. Her focus is on ensuring that all staff feel welcomed, valued, and supported at every stage of their journey with us.
  • Alongside her HR prowess, Brenda possesses interviewing and other skills that extend beyond her title, exemplifying her versatility and comprehensive approach to her role.

  • Personally Frank and his wife love to spend as much time as possible in Italy. He loves to make people laugh.

Our specialized team of customer-focused, detail-oriented individuals ensures that each job is clearly defined and communicated to the rest of our staff. They conduct ongoing, regular customer service and follow up calls with the management team at every location.

Project Crews
We have in-house Project Crews that are highly trained in all aspects of cleaning, including detailed cleaning, floor care services, carpet and upholstery, flood damage and restoration, power washing, construction cleaning and more.

Hiring Practices

Imperial Cleaning only hires professional staff that we believe will adhere to our high-quality standards and fit in well with our brand. The majority of our employees are hired based on referrals from current staffers. During the hiring process, we check references, perform criminal background checks, verify Social Security Numbers, examine address history, and review driving records. We offer various incentive programs and competitive salaries, which in turn lower our rate of employee absenteeism.

Training Program

We offer a state-of-the-art training program that includes mandatory safety training videos, manuals, demonstrations, and hands-on training. This ongoing process is conducted as needed when new service requests are modified or made when new products are introduced and periodically throughout the year. Our training program prepares and enables our employees to perform at their best so they can deliver services to the full satisfaction of our clients. During our onboarding and training processes, we ensure that all team members are aware of our unwavering commitment to quality.
