When the first cases of Covid-19 broke out in 2020, it was all-hands-on-deck at Imperial Cleaning. We immediately contacted our customers to educate them on our disinfection and antimicrobial programs.
In response to the pandemic, we developed one of the industry’s first Covid-19 disinfection and protection programs, Imperial Shield (with a 99.9% kill rate against unwanted bacteria and deadly pathogens.)

José was one of our best Custodial Technicians and worked for Imperial at a prestigious, nationwide boutique jewelry store. While cleaning at night, he discovered a large diamond on the floor. He immediately took the diamond to his supervisor, and together they presented it to the Store Manager.

Recently we got an emergency request to clean and disinfect a production studio used to film a popular TV drama series. The studio needed to protect the actors from a Covid-19 outbreak. We arrived on a Friday at 4:30 p.m. to find a dusty, dirty, and unsanitized environment that needed to be completely cleaned and germ-free by 9:00 a.m. the next day.
When our Regional Manager realized that his team was completely booked and unavailable, he enlisted help from another territory.
Because of their quick action, teamwork, and dedication to service, the actors had a clean, safe, and disinfected work environment. The customer was thrilled, and the production went off without a hitch.

Arriving at a school site, our Project Manager and his team found the linoleum floors scratched and in complete disrepair. The deep scratches required 3x the effort to restore and was not mentioned on the work order. Determined to get the job done right, our team stayed deep into the night to do the repair.
